Noirsville Bonus - Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer Noir TV (Season Two)

Trivia: The In Cold Blood Connection - This was one of the programs that Bobby Rupp and murder victims Herbert, Nancy, and Kenyon Clutter watched the evening that they were killed by Richard Eugene Hickcok and Perry Edward Smith (November 15, 1959). Bobby Rupp was Nancy Clutter's boyfriend, and went home before the killers arrived. IMDb

A witness to Susie's confrontation with Johnny, runs down the boardwalk to let Susie's husband Bells Keeler (James Gavin) know his wife is in trouble. Bells, who works the high striker, strongman game, concession runs over to the House Of Wax with his wooden sledgehammer sees Mike talking to Suzy and  assumes he is the guy accosting his wife. Bells slams the sledge into Mike's breadbasket knocking the wind out of him. Then he knocks Mike out. Suzy and  Pops (Lloyd Corrigan) take Mike into the World of Wax, when it gets dark they dump him along side of Sheepshead Bay or Coney Island Creek.
