Noirsville Clip of the Week

This gif is a great example of the Noir Style. I just saw this gif today, for the first time and it immediately triggers Noir. I've seen this film many many times but that gif nails it.

Now, there's a lot of us out there that will know exactly what I'm talking about. You know it when You see it. But there's also a lot of us that can't see it and almost need something akin to a Noir Key, (lol, like in botany) i.e. if it has this go here if it has that go there. That's why Noir is difficult to define it's always going to distill down to films that sit "On The Cusp of Noir" that can tip either way depending on the subjectivity of the individual viewer.
