Noirsville Tune of the Week

Alfred Newman's "Street Scene."  It was originally used for Street Scene (1931) and was re-cycled by 20th Century Fox as a sort of New York City Noir signature theme. It crops up on, Cry Of The City, Kiss Of Death, I Wake Up Screaming, Where The Sidewalk Ends and The Dark Corner. Also used in How to Marry a Millionaire.
